Hi ,
I have called today to try and get some help or advice and was really disappointed with my response ,
I have booked several times with yourselves and was hoping that something could be done ,
My situation is that my husband fell down the stairs yesterday and have broke several bones in his back and is due to have a major operation tomorrow and my question was for u to change it to next Christmas as it’s going to be around a six month recovery time , obviously I would send all the proof of my husband’s accident and operation , the customer service I received was not that good with dealing with my situation , so I am hoping you can get this to the appropriate person that can help me please
